傳代方法：
 收到細胞后，取出培養瓶在倒置顯微鏡下觀(guān)察細胞生長(cháng)情況。
（一）如果細胞未長(cháng)滿(mǎn)，用75%酒精噴灑整個(gè)瓶**后放到超菌臺內，嚴格無(wú)菌操作，打開(kāi)細胞培養瓶，吸出培養液，僅留下10ml培養液在瓶?jì)壤^續培養。
(二)如果細胞已長(cháng)滿(mǎn)，即可進(jìn)行傳代培養。具體步驟如下：
1. 棄去培養液，用PBS（不含鈣，鎂離子）洗1-2次。
2. 加1ml消化液（0.25%Trypsin-0.53mM EDTA）于培養瓶中，倒轉放于37度培養箱1-3分鐘預熱，然后又將培養瓶倒轉大約30秒后，在倒置顯微鏡下觀(guān)察細胞消化情況，若細胞大部分變圓分散，輕敲幾下培養培養瓶，細胞隨即脫落下來(lái)。
3. 加入6-8ml完全培養基，吸出，分到新的培養瓶中。1:3~1:6傳代；2~3天1次。

注意：傳代后一半用我們的培養基，一半用你們的，以免細胞不適應而造
成生長(cháng)不好。
